Adding URLs to running sessions. On the “Active/Running Class” section, find your class and select “Online Class URL”. Paste your link and save the URL. The URL can be changed at any time by repeating this process.

Attending students to the class session. On the “Active/Running Class” section, find your class and click on the “Attend Students” button (a hand). Start attending  your students by clicking “Attend Students”.

An informative video on how to create, customize and edit a class. Click on “Create a Class” on your dashboard. This will lead you to start a class and customize certain details such as class name, course information, and session details.

Create a report to track students attendance. Start by clicking “Reports” on the top of your screen and choose “Attendances by Course and Location”. Add the date range and fill in the location and course information. Once you are done, click on “Create Report” from here, you are able to export and send it.

Start by clicking “Reports” on the top of your screen and choose “Students attendances by Class”. Select the course and enter the student IDs yourself or upload a cvs. file with the IDs of the students. Once you are done, click on “Create Report”, from here, you are able to export and send it.

How to create a report for missed classes. Start by clicking “Reports” on the top of your screen and choose “Students Missed Class”.  Fill in the date range and times’ the student was absent. Once you are done, click on “Create Report”, from here you are able to export and send it.

Adding sessions to your existing class. On the “My Classes” section, find the class with no sessions and click on “Manage Class”. Next, click on “Add a Session” and fill out the wanted information. Once you have saved your progress, the session will be created.

Locate the menu search bar on the top right, and type the students name. By doing so, you will be able to find your students attendance information. To write a note about the student, click on “Add/View Notes” under the student icon. The notes will be saved and are only visible to you.
